Kannur University, in collaboration with ASAP Kerala, has launched the Center for Skill Development Courses and Career Planning (CSDCCP) as part of its four-year undergraduate program. Inaugurated by Higher Education Minister Dr. R. Bindu, the center aims to equip students with essential skills and career planning guidance through various online and offline courses. The initiative seeks to enhance the intellectual culture of the state and supports the government's reforms in higher education, which have seen Rs. 2000 crore invested in infrastructure over the past three years. The center offers 26 online courses, including AI and Machine Learning, and 25 offline courses, such as Java programming, web designing, and mobile app development, helping students build skills alongside their academic studies.
