SN College, Kannur, has an Internal Complaint Cell (ICC) in place to address complaints related to sexual harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct within the college premises. The ICC is constituted as per the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (POSH Act) and provides a safe and confidential space for students, faculty, and staff to report grievances.

Key functions of the ICC include:

• ● Providing support and assistance to complainants throughout the process.
• ● Taking appropriate disciplinary action against offenders.
• ● Creating a conducive environment free from harassment and discrimination.
