AMC is responsible for planning and monitoring of overall academic operations and activities. AMC is involved in formulating procedures, maintaining documents, and files in association with various committees and coordinators of the department.

Objectives of AMC:

• * To provide clear guidelines to all teaching staff regarding curriculum planning and implementation.
• * To develop a mechanism for academic monitoring to ensure effective implementation of the academic plan.
• * To ensure that effective teaching and take place throughout the semester.
• • To ensure that effective continuous assessment and evaluation is taking place to support teaching and learning.
• • To ensure that slow learners and advanced learners are taken care as per their needs.
• • To ensure the attainment of course outcomes and eventually the program outcomes.
• • To ensure that the students are mentored for academic as well as personality development.
• • Planning and monitoring for faculty development.

The AMC in our College is functioning in a good manner. Timely meeting of AMC is undertaken before the starting of every semester to discuss about the academic plan, and at the end of the Semester to make an assessment of the continuous evaluation. The slow learners and advance learners are taken care as per their needs. Remedial teaching is provided to the slow learners. AMC also monitors the attainment of Course outcomes and Programme outcomes. The Committee also organizes personality development programmes for the students and Faculty development programme for the faculties.
