On 27 September 2025, the NSS unit of Sree Narayana College Kannur organized a free medical camp at Kizhuthally West L.P. School in Yadava Colony, the adopted village, in association with the Kannur District Panchayat Ayurveda Hospital. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. K.P. Prasanth, Principal of Sree Narayana College Kannur, who highlighted the social responsibility of the college. He noted that such initiatives not only create awareness among the community but also provide meaningful learning experiences for students. The effort of the NSS unit along with the District Panchayat Ayurveda Hospital was well appreciated for its service to the needy.
