"Exploring Career Opportunities in Banking Sector: Trends, Skills, and Growth Pathways"

The Placement Cell and IQAC of Sree Narayana College, Kannur, organised a seminar on "Exploring Career Opportunities in Banking Sector: Trends, Skills, and Growth Pathways" on 11th July 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Reading Room. The session aimed to provide insights into the evolving landscape of banking careers, essential skills, and potential growth opportunities.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. K P Prasanth, Principal of Sree Narayana College, Kannur. The keynote session was led by Mr. Shajith M T, an esteemed alumnus of the college (1991–96 batch), who has rich experience in the banking and finance sector, having worked with Malayala Manorama, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank. He is also a certified trainer from ISTD, New Delhi.
The seminar proved to be an enriching experience for the participants, offering valuable guidance for students aspiring to build a career in the banking sector.
