The NSS units of Sree Narayana College, Kannur, organized a Paper Bag Making Training Programme for nearby villagers on 12th July 2025 as part of their community outreach initiatives. The session aimed at promoting eco-friendly alternatives to plastic and supporting local self-employment opportunities. Nearly 25 women from the surrounding areas actively participated in the training. The programme was formally inaugurated by the College Principal, Dr. K.P. Prasanth, who emphasized the importance of sustainable practices and women empowerment through skill development.
